Brooke is graduating St. Anthony’s High School this June and heading off to Auburn University in the Fall. With over a thousand girls going through Sorority Recruitment at Auburn, the sororities rely on Headshots to identify potential sisters. At a time when you are trying to stand out from the crowd, not just an iPhone pic will do. We kicked off Brooke’s senior photo session at Coastal Creative Studios, capturing beautiful, natural light headshots against my favorite black wall and white arches at the studio. I think the studio shots are just perfect for her LinkedIn profile and future internship opportunities. Since the studio is right by Huntington Harbor, we couldn’t resist getting a few waterside photos too — because #longislandlife, obviously.
Then we headed over to Heckscher Park, one of Huntington’s prettiest spring spots! The trees were just starting to bloom, making a perfect soft backdrop. While walking through Heckscher, Brooke mentioned how she used to spend more time at the Park when she was little, playing on the playground — I’m so glad we were able to revisit this childhood spot before she heads off onto the next chapter of her life. 🌸
