    Connect & Vibe Check

    We begin with a strategy and alignment call.  We’ll discuss your brand's current position, your future direction, and how your brand photography needs to support your positioning. This conversation also gives you the opportunity to determine if my approach is the right fit for you. If we’re aligned, we select your session date and secure it with a signed agreement and retainer.

    Brand Strategy & Planning

    Once secured, we move into intentional, collaborative planning.  You’ll complete a comprehensive brand questionnaire to clarify your positioning, audience, and the outcomes your imagery needs to support. This is where I gain a deeper understanding of your leadership and how you want to be seen.We then meet for a focused planning Zoom meeting (scheduled at least three weeks prior) to finalize locations, wardrobe, environment, and usage goals. From there, I create a detailed shot list and timeline to guide your session. Following our meeting, I develop a detailed shot list and timeline that guides the session.

    Photoshoot Day & Delivery

    This is where preparation meets execution. With a clear plan in place, Photo Day  is focused, relaxed, and efficient. We set the tone with music, keep snacks at the ready, and move confidently through your shot list.  I guide you throughout — adjusting posture, movement, and expression — so your imagery feels natural, confident, and aligned. Your digital gallery is delivered within three weeks, ready for immediate use across your website, LinkedIn, press features, and social platforms.
